Reading and watching Wednesday 3-17-10

Much thanks to C for loaning me her audio copy of Neil Gaiman & Terry Pratchett’s novel GOOD OMENS. I enjoyed listening to this irreverent take on an impending Apocalypse on my runs. (Now I just have to remember to return it to C….)

I’m currently re-reading an old favorite, Mark Twain’s A CONNECTICUT YANKEE IN KING ARTHUR’S COURT. (Okay, I’m not “reading” it — I’m listening to it, having recently discovered that listening to audio books while training is the best two-for-one deal ever!)

Last week was a heavy crit week for me (which is why audio books were such a godsend) so while I read a lot more I can’t tell you about it.

What about you? Did you read or watch anything interesting/good in the past week?

  1. I wish I could say I’d read something interesting, but I’m fresh out of stuff to read.

  3. Let me rephrase that – I’m out of stuff I WANT to read.
