Reading, Watching, Listening – 7/21/10

Reading — Not a damn thing. Seriously, if it isn’t a page I’ve written, I havent’ had time to read anything in the past week. It’s killing me because I’ve got a book I’m dying to read. 😦

Watching — Again on the nada.

Listening — I’ve gotten hooked on Pandora radio

I’m alternating between three stations: Fatboy Slim, James Horner, and Julie Andrews. (evidence I’ve lost my mind?)

Tell me what you’re reading, watching and listening to.

  1. Reading: Just finished the third DEXTER. Am debating whether to start UNDER THE DOME or BAD THINGS HAPPEN. What do you think?

Watching: I got caught up in an episode of THE LITTLE COUPLE. Don’t ask.

Listening: Summer tunes! Lots of reggae.

  2. Reading: Deja Dead by Kathy Reichs, and enjoying the dissimilarities between her Temperance Brennan and the one on TV. Also reading: What if Medicine Disappeared – to feed the conspiracy theorist in me. Also reading: a totally kick a$$ unpublished novel by a writer friend of mine who cruelly only sent me the first 50,000 words…

Watching: Last night I watched the science channel with my son. The kid can sit through an hour’s worth of narrative on particle physics and think it’s interesting. Maybe his 12-year-old brain is not mush after all.

Listening: Just the voices in my head.

  3. Jenny — Under the Dome! You know it’s been calling to you. Indulge!

Jennifer — ROFLMAO re: “Just the voices in my head.”
