Remember a couple of weeks ago I told you about NPRs quest to name the top thrillers?

Well now the votes have been tallied and THE LIST composed.

(and yeah, somehow Shogun is still on it….)

  1. I know this is from your other day post…

R – Kiss the Girls – this is HUGE for go me! well actually I am about to start it)BTW loved Spider – Soneji …just creepy enough but seemingly “normal” at times, like the other characters…so surprising. Really did enjoy it!Ending got me completely. Dare I say I may be jumping on the SUPENSE/Thriller novel train!

    Runners World – new issue

L- alot of 80’s off of the TV station that plays music..cleaning wall to wall top to bottom, so my tiny house can now have an exra 4 people from Arizona today — to go along with the extra dog. MY mind will be gone very shortly.
    W- nada ( the 80’s tv station!)

Tomatos sound YUMMY! 🙂 doing alot of them too. Made awesome pot of fresh sauce –also sandwichs with crusty french bread, mozz, red peppers–I am in heaven…with the balsamic. There is a GOD!

  4. Already loving “Casanova” & Kiss the Girls…I am ususally a much faster reader but since the genre is new to me Spider took about 4 days, I was examining each word and thought-I think I’ll be finished this one in a day or two now that I “get it” on how to let my brain work while reading! (does that make ANY SENSE)

Also my FAVE SANDWICH! I think I ate about 3 last week, I am on overload, oh well just too delish to not eat!-my Peppers should be be turning red soon-I hope. There is an abundance of them 😉

  5. Running — Glad you’re enjoying Kiss the Girls…probably my favorite Alex Cross novel.

Will you roast your peppers or eat them raw?

    • ROAST ROAST ROAST! Sometimes I roast, then puree and add to soups, dressings etc, yum yum yum !
Especially roast for sandwiches and some salads(I roast the CRAP out of them -BURN them on the grill) But I also eat them raw-depends on how many I get, & how many I give away — which I am sure I will, even if I only get a few. 😉
